Olti (Creative director/owner)

With over 28 years of experience Olti is a master colorist and stylist who is well known for his blonding techniques such as balayage and highlighting, as well as being specialized in hair extensions and smoothing services such as, Keratin and Brazilian Blowout. He takes a personal approach to each session, listening to each client wants and needs, making it more than just an appointment, but an experience.

Olti was originally trained at Tony& Guy Milano in Italy and Albania and has his furthered training at Vidal Sassoon in Miami and Santa Monica. Over the years, Olti has been fortunate enough to work with icon brands such as Paul Mitchell, L’Oréal, Matrix and, Coiffance Paris, while being a continuously sought-after platform artist for there shows to share his expertise and passion with stylist at all levels of the industry.

Before opening V&O Salon, Olti owned an exclusive salon in Michigan for ten years, as well as working at Jorgo Salon, and Safar both located in Boston. Olti also speaks Italian and Albanian.

Saul  is a sought after stylist with  who has lent his talents to New York Fashion Week working with Oribe and Boston Fashion Week for designers Cynthia Rowley, Intermix, Rad Hourani and Saks Fifth Avenue. He has also styled for MTV.  

His advanced training from Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, Toronto, and Miami, including advanced certification from Toni & Guy and Moroccan Oil in NYC and more than 28 years in the field makes his an expert stylist. 

Additionally, Saul was the creative director and educator at Safar Coiffure for more than 10 years and he is a cutting specialist and well known in the Boston area for his Balayage, Foils, Hair Botox, Keratin treatments Brazilian blowout and hair extensions.  He also speaks Spanish.

Luckie is a master hairstylist and color specialist with over 25 years of experience, proudly serving clients on Newbury Street in Boston. She specializes in hair color and lightening services for all hair types and textures, including balayage, highlights, ombré, lived-in color, blonde transformations, and corrective color.

A strong advocate for continued education, Luckie has completed professional training with top industry brands such as Kevin Murphy Color, Wella Color, Redken Color, Chromatics, Bumble and Bumble, Arete Alchemic, Cezanne Keratin, and Keratin Complex. Luckie values clear communication and customized consultations, ensuring every client receives results tailored to their features, goals, and lifestyle—leaving them feeling confident and beautiful.

With over 20 years of experience, Bona began their hairdressing journey in Tirana in 2000 and owned a successful salon from 2001 to 2014. After gaining international experience in Chicago and Dorchester, they completed advanced training at a Hairdressing Academy in Malden. Since 2018, Bona has brought creativity and expertise to Acotè, and since 2023, has been part of the talented team at Alexander Safar. Passionate about style and precision, Bona is dedicated to helping every client look and feel their best.

Carmen is a professional hair stylist and colorist who runs on creativity and passion. She began her journey in the beauty industry career at a very early age. She knew precisely what she wanted to do and where she wanted to be. She has always loved doing hair; from styling doll hair to practicing on her friends and family. Her passion and dedication drives her to continue developing her technique and methods.

Carmen was ready to learn and had hands-on experience first at a Salon in Newbury Street 30 years ago. She continued her studies traveling to and from New York City where she continued her education learning from stylists around the world. Ultimately Carmen moved forward as an experienced salon owner for 20 years. She continues to expand on her knowledge of the industry by attending classes and hair shows to learn from the industry’s best and top leaders.

Carmen enjoys taking on all types of services from color work, keratin treatments, botox, special occasion up-dues and balayage as well as several other techniques. Carmen enjoys taking the time to listen to her clients request to ensure their expectations and experiences are met not only to forge a long term professional relationship, but a personal one as well

Originally from Albania and raised in Umbria, Italy, Ale is fluent in Albanian, English, and Italian. Her passion for hair began at an early age and has grown into a lifelong dedication to creativity and excellence. After earning her Cosmetology degree from Consortia Futuro in 2014, Ale continued to refine her skills through advanced training with GoldWell, Hot Heads extensions at Masello Salon of New England, and ongoing mentorship at V&O Salon.

Today, Ale is driven by a commitment to artistry and continuous growth, striving to deliver exceptional, personalized hair experiences for every client.
