With over 22 years of experience Olti is a master colorist and stylist who is well known for his blonding techniques such as balayage and highlighting, as well as being specialized in hair extensions and smoothing services such as, Keratin and Brazilian Blowout. He takes a personal approach to each session, listening to each client wants and needs, making it more than just an appointment, but an experience.

Olti was originally trained at Tony& Guy Milano in Italy and Albania and has his furthered training at Vidal Sassoon in Miami and Santa Monica. Over the years, Olti has been fortunate enough to work with icon brands such as Paul Mitchell, L’Oréal, Matrix and, Coiffance Paris, while being a continuously sought-after platform artist for there shows to share his expertise and passion with stylist at all levels of the industry.

Before opening V&O Salon, Olti owned an exclusive salon in Michigan for ten years, as well as working at Jorgo Salon, and Safar both located in Boston. Olti also speaks Italian and Albanian.

Saul  is a sought after stylist with  who has lent his talents to New York Fashion Week working with Oribe and Boston Fashion Week for designers Cynthia Rowley, Intermix, Rad Hourani and Saks Fifth Avenue. He has also styled for MTV.  

His advanced training from Vidal Sassoon Academy in London, Toronto, and Miami, including advanced certification from Toni & Guy and Moroccan Oil in NYC and more than 22 years in the field makes his an expert stylist. 

Additionally, Saul was the creative director and educator at Safar Coiffure for more than 10 years and he is a cutting specialist and well known in the Boston area for his Balayage, Foils, Hair Botox, Keratin treatments Brazilian blowout and hair extensions.  He also speaks Spanish.

Carmen is a professional hair stylist and colorist who runs on creativity and passion. She began her journey in the beauty industry career at a very early age. She knew precisely what she wanted to do and where she wanted to be. She has always loved doing hair; from styling doll hair to practicing on her friends and family. Her passion and dedication drives her to continue developing her technique and methods.

Carmen was ready to learn and had hands-on experience first at a Salon in Newbury Street 30 years ago. She continued her studies traveling to and from New York City where she continued her education learning from stylists around the world. Ultimately Carmen moved forward as an experienced salon owner for 20 years. She continues to expand on her knowledge of the industry by attending classes and hair shows to learn from the industry’s best and top leaders.

Carmen enjoys taking on all types of services from color work, keratin treatments, botox, special occasion up-dues and balayage as well as several other techniques. Carmen enjoys taking the time to listen to her clients request to ensure their expectations and experiences are met not only to forge a long term professional relationship, but a personal one as well

Built on satisfaction and reputation, I have been able to succeed in the fashion industry as an accomplished and valued hair stylist and make-up artist.  Successfully established and maintained high customer loyalty.  

Ale, is originally from Albania but raised in Umbria, Italy,  making her fluent in Albanian, English and Italian. She discovered her unwavering passion for the hair industry at an early age. Throughout her life, the world of hair has held a significant place, as she has consistently sought new avenues for creative expression, whether through innovative haircuts or daring color transformations. 

This deep-seated fascination ultimately ignited her ambition to pursue a career as a hairstylist. In 2014, Ale undertook formal education in Cosmetology, earning her degree from Consortia Futuro. Since then, she has remained committed to an unwavering path of self-improvement, dedicating herself to the mastery of her craft. 

Her journey has been marked by an array of specialized training experiences, including prestigious certifications from GoldWell, expertise in Hot Heads hair extensions acquired at Masello Salon of New England, and ongoing weekly mentorship sessions with the esteemed owners of V&O Salon.

Today, Ale's primary focus centers on her relentless pursuit of excellence within the industry, striving to evolve into a distinguished stylist of the highest caliber.

Isabella a dedicated and enthusiastic young hair assistant, fluent in both Portuguese, Spanish and English, eager to embark on a career in the dynamic world of hairstyling. Recently graduated from NorthEast Metro Tech with a passion for creativity and customer service,  Isabella brings a fresh perspective and a strong work ethic to every salon experience.

Growing up in Sao Paulo, Isabella discovered her love for hairstyling at a young age, inspired by the vibrant fashion trends and beauty culture of her hometown. she pursued her interest through coursework in cosmetology and hands-on training, developing foundational skills in hair cutting, shampooing, coloring techniques, and salon management.

Isabella commitment to learning and growth is evident in her willingness to assist senior stylists, ensuring smooth salon operations and exceptional client satisfaction. Her proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish and English allows her to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, providing friendly and professional service during consultations and appointments.

As she continues to expand her knowledge and expertise in the field, Isabella is dedicated to staying updated with the latest trends and techniques in hairstyling. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and passion for helping clients achieve their desired looks make her a valuable asset to any salon team.

Outside of work, Isabella enjoys exploring new hair trends on social media and contributing to online communities dedicated to beauty and fashion. She looks forward to furthering her career in hairstyling, delivering exceptional service, and creating memorable experiences for clients in both Portuguese, Spanish and English-speaking communities.
